Tools For Peace

Every so often I am involved in a project that I feel worthy of sharing with the World.  This is one of those projects.  I was involved with a Summer Camp last Summer called Tools For Peace.  The basis for the camp was to bring together teens from all different walks of life and in a short week, show them that Peace can be the way.  We had kids from Beverly Hills to South Central Los Angeles and as this was the first time we had embarked on such a project, we had no idea of the outcome.  As you will witness from the video, the outcome was......well......breathtaking!  The most rewarding thing about the entire experience was the realization that when you bring a group of people together with the same dream, it is possible to make it a reality! 
I have remained in constant contact with the two young men from South Central Los Angeles, hoping that my interraction with them will prove to show them that there is another way.  And, while I can't take the violence and pain out of their everyday existence, I can hope that my positive influence and support will help them make better choices and perhaps lead them out of the World they currently live in. 
Like Zaadz, we all have the ability to change the World, we just have to set out to do it!
